Five plaintiffs — three Colorado dealers, the Colorado State Shooting Association, and the Colorado Federal Firearms Licensee Association (CFFLA) — challenge the warrantless-inspection provisions of HB26-1126 (codified at C.R.S. §§ 18-12-402(2)-(3) and -403) under the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and Article II, Section 7 of the Colorado Constitution.
