Welcome to the CFFLA member portal. If you're a CFFLA member, your membership is already on file — you don't need to sign up again. This guide shows you how to get into your account for the first time, and what you'll see once you're in.
You'll need the email address CFFLA has on file for your membership. That's the email your account is tied to.
Two ways to sign in
You can get into your account either with a one-time email link (no password to remember) or by setting a password. Both work. Pick whichever you prefer.
Option 1 — Sign in with an email link (easiest, no password)
This is the simplest way in. There's nothing to remember — you just click a link we email you.
- Go to the login page — click Member Login at the top of the site, or go to cffla.org/login.
- Under the sign-in form, find "No password?" and click "Sign in with email link".
- Enter your membership email address.
- You'll see "Check your email" — we'll send you a sign-in link. The message says: *"We sent a sign-in link to your email address. Click the link to log in — no password needed."*
- Open the email and click the link. That signs you in.
If you don't see the email in a minute or two, check your spam or junk folder.
Option 2 — Set a password
Prefer a password you type each time? Set one this way.
- Go to the login page (Member Login at the top of the site) and click "Forgot password?" — or go straight to cffla.org/forgot-password.
- In the "Email Address" box, enter your membership email.
- Click "Send Reset Link".
- You'll see "Check your email." The page notes: *"If an account exists with that email address, you will receive a password reset link shortly."*
- Open the email, click the reset link, and you'll land on the Reset Password page.
- Type your new password in "New Password", then again in "Confirm New Password". It must be at least 8 characters (the page shows "Minimum 8 characters").
- Click "Reset Password". You'll see "Password updated successfully!" and be taken to the login page to sign in.
Also available — Sign in with Google
If your membership email is a Google account, you can skip the password entirely: on the Member Login page, click "Sign in with Google" and follow Google's prompts.
Your first sign-in: finish your info, pick your membership
The very first time you sign in, we'll ask you to finish setting up your profile. You can answer a short chat, fill out a quick form, or click "Skip to Compliance Chat" to deal with it later — your call, and you only see this once.
After you finish your info, you'll land on "Choose your membership": stay free, join as a Supporting Member ($15/mo, non-FFL industry), or join as a Full FFL member ($40/mo). "Stay free for now" is a real option — no pressure, and you can always join later from the Membership page. (Already a paying member? You'll just see your status — no sales pitch.)
The dashboard
From then on, signing in takes you to your Dashboard. At the top you'll see "Compliance work for Colorado FFLs." The main call to action — headed "Get real answers" with an "Ask a question" button — opens the member chat assistant.
Your dashboard also shows:
- Membership — your membership status, with a "Choose your membership" button if you're on the free tier.
- Profile — your business and membership details at a glance.
- Token Usage — how much of your monthly compliance-question allotment you've used.
- Recent Conversations — your recent chats with the Compliance Assistant.
- My Documents — forms you've started or completed.
